First Community Bank, which manages the accounts of the city’s homeless population, says it is working with a man to move money out of the bank.

The Ottawa-based bank said it has already helped the man with some money, but he needs help moving it to another bank to use.

In an email to CBC News, the bank said that the man’s financial situation is challenging and he has lost his savings.

It said he has a long history of homelessness and he is looking for new ways to save money.

“Our financial management team has been working closely with the Ottawa-area First Community branch to assist him with this transition,” it said.

The bank said the man is not homeless, and he told the bank he needs the money to help pay for medical expenses.

The man is a single parent who was evicted from a rented home after his children left home.

He is unemployed and has no job.
