The bank of Columbia has been named in a federal lawsuit against its former president, but the bank has had no problems getting it’s name changed.

Bank of Columbia v.

PNC, which was filed on Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, alleges that the bank and former president James R. Schindler stole from the bank by taking money from the accounts of people who were customers of the bank.

The lawsuit, filed by a class of former and current employees of the banks bank ofcolumbia, is the latest in a series of lawsuits targeting the bank’s leadership.

Schindler, who died in 2016, was the first president of the Bank of Columbia.

In the lawsuit, the bank says it was “wrongfully” targeted by the federal government and Schindlers actions led to “the bank’s downfall.”

In January 2018, the U,S.

Department of Justice sued the bank for fraud and breach of fiduciary duty.

A federal grand jury issued a report last month accusing the bank at the time of stealing $3.5 billion in assets from customers.

The report was released in response to a complaint by former employees and customers who alleged the bank did not follow proper accounting practices.

Schinderle’s attorney, Michael D. Coughlin, argued that Schindles actions had led to the bank losing more than $600 million in assets and that his death was the result of “criminal conduct.”

Schindlers death led to an investigation by the Department of the Treasury, which concluded that the former president and his family were involved in a scheme to defraud the bank, according to a DOJ report released in September.

The investigation also found that former employees ofthe bank did nothing to prevent the bank from engaging in “a pattern of predatory financial practices.”
